Joins an array of strings in new string.
Example 
dim s() as string

s.Append "Hello"
s.Append " "
s.Append "World"

dim r as string = JoinStringMBS(s)

MsgBox r

Converts all strings if necessary into UTF-8. If you want to join them as they are, please use JoinDataMBS.
Raises OutOfMemoryException in case of low memory.
