Function: Returns a folderitem to this folder if it exists on that system.
Example:
const kUserDomain = -32763
dim f as folderitem = MagicTemporaryItemsFolderMBS(kUserDomain)
Notes:
Note that not every folder exists on every Mac OS Version!
