Creates a new string object with data or text copied from the data string.

If isText is true, the data is interpreted as text and string encoding conversion may modify it. If isText is false the bytes are copied raw.

Creates a new long binary object from a data provider.

The blocksize specifies in which sizes data is requested from the provider.
You must make sure that the data provider and this new blob object life long enough. Because the actual data is requested later when you do the update on the database.

If BlockSize is 0, the default block size is used.
