Creates a FolderItem from a specified volume based on the volume reference number.
Example 
dim f as folderItem

f=NewVolumeFolderItemMBS(-1)
msgBox f.NativePath

The vRefNum with value -1 is the boot volume on Mac OS.

Pass in the vRefNum of any mounted volume and it returns the Volume as a FolderItem.
Returns nil if the vRefNum was invalid.
